I use battery powered equipment in order to help cut down on pollution and noise.
$30 COMMERCIAL PACKAGE #1 - (per mow - for each 4000 square feet*.) This is full service which includes mowing, trimming with string trimmer around lawns and beds and removal of grass clippings, trash and leaves on walkways and patios. This also includes leaf and fallen branch removal in fall and winter. Additionally, if you request it, this includes free spreading of your compost or your leaves on your lawn, flower beds and shrub beds .once per year.
If you pay for a year in advance for this service you will get a free mow for that year. The price per year would be $1230 for 42 mows and leaf removals for each 4000 square feet.
*Lawns larger than 4000 square feet are $7.50 per 1000 square feet per mow

- Commercial Package #2 - $60 per mow - up to 4000 square feet or less* includes everything above in package #1 plus shrub trimming, flower pruning, fertilizing, bark dust application where needed , weed removal, grass seed application where needed, lot clean up and deep edging around lawns. (Right now package #2 is only available to my customers who have already had my package #1 lawn service for 6 months) (*Lawns larger than 4000 square feet cost $15.00 per 1000 square feet, per mow.)
- Installing compost bin (Includes free spreading of your compost on lawn and beds once per year). (Free estimate available) (For non-lawn service customers there is a 50% advance payment requested for compost bin.)
- Debris hauling (Free estimate available) (This service is only available to my lawn service customers)
