Your lawn will have a manicured look. Most average lawns (4000 square feet or less*) are only $25 per mow for full service, if you get my weekly residential service . I have a special offer right now of 2 free mows for residential customers. Please check my Coupon page for details on this offer. I use battery powered equipment in order to help cut down on pollution and noise.
$25 RESIDENTIAL PACKAGE #1 - (Per mow - up to 4000 square feet or less*.) This is full service which includes mowing with battery powered mower, bagging of grass clippings**, disposal of grass clippings on your property, trimming with string trimmer around your whole property and lawn and removal of grass clippings on walkways, driveway and patio with blower, this also includes leaf and fallen branch removal in fall and winter. This also includes basic straight edging of lawns where needed. Additionally, if you request it, this includes free spreading of your compost or your leaves on your lawn, flower beds and shrub beds once per year.
If you pay for a year in advance for this service you will get a third free mow or leaf removal for the first year (please see coupon on Coupon page where I offer 2 free mows for your first month, when you pay for the first 2 mows, your 3rd and 4th mows are free.) and one free mow or leaf removal for each following year you that pay for one year in advance. Which means the price for the first year would be $975 for 42 mows and leaf removals and the following years the price would be $1025 for 42 mows and leaf removals.
*Lawns larger than 4000 square feet cost $6.25 per 1000 square feet, per mow.
**Here in the Pacific North West the lawns are wet much of the time. When the grass is wet it takes a lot longer to mow and so we won't have time to bag and dispose of the grass clippings when wet but we will mulch (finely cut) the grass clippings back into the grass as well as cut the grass an half an inch higher, this is not only better for the environment, it's also healthier for the grass as it's just like putting fertilizer on the grass. However when the grass is dry we will be glad to bag (attach the bags to our mowers)and dispose of the grass clippings on your property and cut at the normal two and a half inch level.Thanks!

- Residential lawn package #2 - $40 per mow - up to 4000 square feet or less*. Includes everything above in package #1 plus shrub trimming, flower pruning, organic fertilizing, bark dust application where needed , weed removal and grass seed application where needed on established lawns on some smaller bare spots, This also includes basic straight edging of lawns where needed. and this package also includes special deep trench straight edging where needed on your lawns (about every two months). the grass seed application will start on your second or third mow. The fertilizer application will start on your 9th mow and the bark dust application will start on your 13th mow.
Unless you pay for a year in advance. if you pay for a year in advance than the grass seeding will start on your first mow, the fertilizing on your second mow and bark dust application on your third mow. I offer 2 free mows for your first month, when you pay for the first 2 mows, your 3rd and 4th mows are free, these free mows only include mowing, bagging of grass clippings, disposal of grass clippings on your property, trimming with string trimmer around your whole property and lawn and blowing of grass clippings and leaves from sidewalks, driveways and patios..) and one free mow or leaf removal for each time that you that pay for one year in advance.
